Pizza Making Class

Friday, May 15, 2026 | 6:00 - 8:00 PM - $65/pp

Come and join our fun-filled Pizza Making Class!

What You’ll Experience

* ‎Dough Therapy

Knead out your stress and your worries.

* ‎ Sauce Wizardry

Learn the ancient art of spreading sauce in perfect circles. We’ll teach you how to avoid the dreaded “sauce puddle” and the equally tragic “dry desert pizza.”

* ‎Cheese Engineering

Discover the optimal cheese‑to‑pizza ratio (spoiler: it’s “a lot”). You’ll also learn how to sprinkle cheese with confidence, flair, and minimal floor spillage.

* ‎Topping Diplomacy

Whether you’re a minimalist or someone who believes a pizza should structurally resemble a lasagna, we’ll help you build a masterpiece. Pineapple lovers are welcome. Pineapple haters are also welcome. We will maintain peace.

* ‎The Great Bake‑Off

Slide your creation into the oven like a pro. Watch it puff, bubble, and transform into something that will make your ancestors proud.

* ‎The Grand Finale

After all your hard work, you’ll sit back, relax, and enjoy your freshly baked pizza with a glass of wine or the beverage of your choice. Because nothing pairs better with victory than carbs and a celebratory drink. And yes — you absolutely get to take home any leftovers, assuming you don’t devour the whole thing on the spot.

Who Should Attend

Chocolate Art Class

Friday, May 29, 2026 | 6:00- 8:00 PM - $65/pp

 Chocolate Art Class

Step into a world where cocoa beans become magic and your inner chocolatier finally gets the spotlight. This chocolate‑making class isn’t just a workshop — it’s a delicious adventure disguised as learning.

What to Expect

  • Melt, temper, and taste your way through the foundations of fine chocolate.

  • Get hands‑on with swirling, dipping, drizzling, and decorating.

  • Craft your own creations, let your creativity run wild and make chocolates that look almost too good to eat (almost).

  • Learn the secrets behind flavor pairings, textures, and that perfect chocolate shine.

The Vibe

Think Willy Wonka energy, but with fewer Oompa Loompas and more laughter, creativity, and “wait, can I lick this spoon?” moments.

What You’ll Leave With

  • A box of handmade chocolates that prove you’re officially dangerous with cocoa.

  • A new appreciation for the art of tempering (and the bragging rights to match).

  • Recipes and techniques you can recreate at home whenever the craving strikes.

  • A sweet sense of accomplishment — and probably a little chocolate on your shirt.

Light savory snacks included (Because we all need something salty to go with the sweet!)
